I just want you to know how much we appreciate our wonderful Pharmacist Bhavana Mutha at Rite Aide. We moved our current prescriptions from CVS Pharmacy after being customers for over 20 years because of poor customer service. More than once we received the wrong prescription and never were we ever informed about ways to help us cut cost on prescriptions or informed about over the counter medications. Her knowledge and experience speaks for itself. Bhavans always greets us with a smile and helping hand and is never too busy to answer your questions. Because of her our entire family has changed their pharmacy to Rite Aide. She always goes beyond and above what people have learn to accept as customer service. In these changing time where people are experiencing tough economic difficulties and are feeling more like numbers than and individual she is a breathe of fresh air. She is always compassionate and understanding for those that come in sick to pick up their prescriptions. I truly feel that Rite Aide is our corner Pharmacy where the Pharmacist knows your name and your family. Bhavanas is truly a gem of a person and would be an true asset to any Pharmacy.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time working for Bhavana as a pharmacy technician. Bhavana is an excellent teacher and did a great job of relating my work to the bigger picture, particularly the career field in which I am interested. I have been able to use information from my time working with her at Rite Aid in my graduate coursework and in my current job as a clinical research assistant. Bhavana was the main contact person during my hiring process. She followed up with me regularly to make my hiring process quick and smooth. Bhavana is also very personable. She not only taught me about the pharmaceutical side of the job but the business side, in terms of customer interaction, as well. I felt that Bhavana had a vested interest in my success, and she was always looking for ways to give me more learning opportunities and help me move forward in my career. Bhavana is truly a great person to work with, as she always has a positive attitude and a smile on her face.

My Wife and I could go to several different pharmacies in the area or even online which might be even cheaper. However, we continue to come here for the people that have helped us over the years. All your staff is friendly knowledgeable and helpful but specially Bhavana It is always such a joy to see her and, on many occasions, she has helped us with questions both on medications an on insurance. she always makes a point to ask about us and always has a smile and if no one is waiting she will make small talk with a couple of retirees. I survived 34 years as Revenue agent, and I learned a long time ago that you'd better know what you are doing, and you'd better treat people with respect Bhavana does both.

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how appreciative I am of the opportunity to work with Bhavana at Rite Aid. She has been instrumental in my education of pharmacy best practices and capitalizes on every teaching opportunity that is to my benefit. I admire her work ethic, professionalism, uncompromising honesty, and personal dedication to her role as pharmacist, coworkers, and customers. I saw my friends turning their backs on me, nobody even distantly understood my pain or what I was going through. What a surprise and blessing it was to speak to you the day when I almost lost the battle and was not motivated moving forward in life. We were strangers but, you held my hand like your own daughter and did not leave me until I stood on my feet again. Your love and solely your unconditional love pulled me out of that deep dark pit where I almost lost myself. I always feel I did not thank you enough and it is true I can never thank you enough for what you did for me. Words feel small in describing the gratitude I feel and the relationship that we share.
